Exclamation 2001 silo tranny problems HELP..!

I need help with this transmission, two weeks ago, fluid color was normal, two days ago, fluid was dark, (like burned out) . I change fluid and filter, Once in while, transmission is with a rough shitf. Also when I start the Van, sounds like empty for a few seconds, then empty sound goes away.
What other Van, match my silo tranny? I need to start hunting for a transmission in the local junkyard. Thank's for reading and any help would be apreciated. Thank You.
