Ok I recently purchased a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria P71 which ran fine. I was only driving this vehicle occasionally at point I had it parked for approximately one month, when I attempted to start it the battery was dead, well boosted the car it still wouldn't start.. After having it checked a little I was told that the PCM was bad so I purchased one from the junk yard and replaced it. Vehicle still wouldnt start, I have checked the fuel pump relay and it works, but the fuel pump was not kicking on, so we jumped it over manually and got fuel pressure to the motor, but the engine still wouldn't start... I have sprayed starting fluid into the throttle body and the car will start until that fuel is used up but it will not run on its on, I would like some ideas of things to do to attempt at getting this vehicle running .. I am at my wits end with it!! by the way the mileage is approximately 158000 .........
