bogging troubles?

I got a 91 toyota 4cyl it has new fuel pump, filter and the fuel pump/gauge assembly in the tank. it just started doing this you have to crank forever to get it to start then it dont want to take fuel good, get it to pull out it does good till you get past half throttle then you can hear it bogging down it will hold steady at whatever speed your at ease off the pedal to half and it just kicks in and pulls like normal? and its not smoking and is it normal for the airbox to be loud when you let off the pedal? you can hear the airbox making a bogging sound inside the cab pretty loud it does this when it acts up too please help

Re: bogging troubles?

Check your air intake system for leaks, cracked hoses, or loose clamps
