Speaker Recommendations

I'm looking to buy a set of speakers for my 06 mustang. I was looking at two different sets of 6 1/2 coaxials. I am going to be running them off of a eclipse xa2000 amp which puts out 100 watts rms. I was looking at either a set of Infinity Kappa 62.9i or the CDT CL-E61NEOX. Which do you think would be better sounding. I'm open to other recommendations for speakers as well.

opinions on sound quality very wildly, the best bet is to listen to them in a car environment similiar to your own car.

I agree completely!

I really like Focal and that's a brand I would suggest you check out.

Re: Speaker Recommendations

I personally have a set of CDT components and they sounds pretty good. They were cheap to in comparison to others I was looking at. The highs are slightly to bright for my taste but thats really because of the factory tweeter location in my car being up so high (by the windshield)

It really is subjective though, you may be happy with either if you bought one or the other but if you could hear them side by side in the same location you may think otherwise. It took me a couple different sets before I settled on the CDT's.
