1997 jeep grand cherokee 4 litres engine cut off

engine started on easily when first thing in the morning. But when up to normal operating temp. (200 - 210) it just went dead. Had to cool down for 5 - 10 minutes then on again for 3 - 5 minutes then off again. waited for another 3 - 5 minutes then turned on again. I can then drive continuously for the rest of the day until the next morning I repeated the same routine. I have changed crank sensor, coil, ecu, it went good for several days then went bad again. I even unplugged temp. sensor and O2 sensor to see what happens, its still the same thing.
Can anyone help pls
