I have changed the wheels on a car,and they are pixelated (like blurry)
not the same quality has the car
I want it to be the same quality

*chuckle* have fun. Find a high res pic of the wheels and your life will be better. Either that or resize the original pic of the car to smaller

Photoshop can't make pixels... if the picture was bad quality to begin with, you can't really do much.. well maybe u can try blurring ... but it won't help too mcuh..
