1 pixel line tool?

Hey-

I am trying to cartoon up my 84 El Camino (really bored), according to the "photoshop bible" it says to select the 1 pixel line tool. Where can I find this mysterious tool? i mean I have looked all over the place for this stupid thing and have come up with arrows and pirate faces and shit like that- but no just classic paint line tool. Thanks for the help

-Luke

its on the right side of the screen at the next to bottom of the right side of icons, it just looks like a slanted line.

after you select it, at the top is where you adjust the pixel width of it.

Yeah actually i have no idea what you are talking about but- I click on the line tool in the tool bar and the "weight" of the line is the only thing I can adjust. This is in Inches and the lowest i can go i .01". This totally sucks ass. I cant find a god damn line tool!! man, well thanks for trying. maybe i need a screen shot or something.

Depending where you have your toolbar docked, the line tool will be just above the eyedropper and just under the text tool. Right click the icon in this space and you will have a pop out menu appear. From here you can choose Rectangle Tool, Rounded Rectangle Tool, Elipse Tool, Polygon Tool, Line Tool, or Custom Shape Tool. Or you can just hit "U" on your keyboard and it will take you to the icon I mentioned above. Then you just need to select the tool you want to use. As for weight of the line, just type in 1 px in the box. This will be 1 pivle instead of 1 inch. Hope this helps. Sounds like you did everything right to me except the weight. Change that and you should be good to go.
