Pixel Cars

Pixel Cars.

I was wondering if anyone could help me, I am interested in either making my own, or finding one of those pixelated cars I see people have. With lights flashing sometimes and stuff.
Is there a place to get them from, or do they have to be made?
If they have to be made, does anyone have tips or tutorials on how to do it.

Are they difficult to make, do you get a pic of the real car and go over them and stuff or how else are they made?

most people use paint, or photoshop.
to make them i think that you trace over blueprints but i may be wrong.

most people just tune them instead of making "bases"

yes he is right i use paint my self u soom in to the largest and TUNE
