Re: WIP: Revell BMW 320i street - drift
To be very honest, the paper towel carpet is not working for me. Otherwise, everything is great so far and i love the idea of porsche seats in a BMW.

Re: WIP: Revell BMW 320i street - drift
Find you some old velvet hanging around or just put in some flocking. Here is my M3.

Re: WIP: Revell BMW 320i street - drift
If I were you I'd use flocking for the interior. The toilet paper looks better than I thought it would though. You did a good job of getting it to conform to the shapes of the interior.

My kit is a 1/24 scale Dragon BMW M3 race car kit I made into a street version. It is a plastic kit.

Re: WIP: Revell BMW 320i street - drift
Yes, it looks very good so far, but it doesn't look finished. Black window trim will help, as all e36 have it. You should probably paint the bumper pads black as well. Finally, you should do something about the taillights.
Try painting the bottom 2/3 red, and leaving the top 1/3 clear, like this: http://www.bavauto.com/fland.asp?par...ce=E36%204TCLR Edit: I would also mask and paint the door handles black. |

Re: WIP: Revell BMW 320i street - drift
Nice, looks very cool.
But I think you should do something headlights and taillights they don't like realistic. |
