If you're looking to make 200HP, you'd definitely have to upgrade other systems like fuel delivery.

I thought I'd reply here rather than email. Yes 7 PSI is still OK, probably. The rods are the weakest link in a D series. I said 6 to be safe, but 7 should be OK. Obviously Revhard has sold many kits with 7 PSI, and if they blew up engines they wouldn't be still selling them. Also, yes get the stage 2, it includes better fuel management than stage 1. From what I saw it looks like the Revhard kit includes everything ou need.

Turbo Charge
I seriously doubt I'm going to pay to swap in a b18 then turbo charge it. I'm a 16 year old kid with a minimum wage job. Luckily, I don't have to pay bills, so everything I earn can be saved up. The Revhard stage 1 is a 7psi boost, and that's why I was asking. If not, ill just wait on a damn GReddy kit.

The only upgrades you need are included in the kit. Mostly fuel things.
To increase power and spool time you need a good exhaust system. The kit should include a downpipe to go from the turbo to the stock cat. What you should do is get a high flow cat, and a good cat-back exhaust atleast 2.5'', preferably 3'' because turbos like to breath. If you have the money (about 600 dollars) get the Thermal Research 3'' exhaust. They are the best hands down. I looked at dyno tests in this one magazine and they compared it to all kinds of exhaust systems and Thermal Research prevailed. Some of the exhaust systems were over nine hundred dollars! |

Turbo Charge
Do you think you could give me a link to the exhaust you are speaking of? When I'm about to spend 4 thousand on a turbo kit, 600 seems like 20 bucks to me at the moment.
