Help! Need Evo 4 info urgent please!

Hi there,

A newbie here, hoping to get back into Lancers after making the inevitable journey to the WRX and being unsatisfied with the way they steer.

Used to have a Lancer GSR turbo but MMA left me nowhere to go when they didn't bring in a CE GSR in 1996, so bought a Rex.

Have now found a nice Evo 4 i'm interested in, but need a bit of further info please. Any known problems? Things to look for? Where can I get guages that read beyond 180km/h? Does Ralliart Australia sell workshop manuals for such cars? (in english!)

VERY IMPORTANT - does the rear seat fold down as in other Lancers and my old CC GSR? Need this feature for my work.
