Help need some info on the situation

This is Jovan, some of you know me some of you dont but i'm going to ppost up the info again about the car. Here it is . I have a 1991 Honda Crx. Automatic, with a body kit ,17' rims, grounding kit under hood short ram air intake and also blue neons inside car and under car neons.. Heres the thing. I have the chance to get a 1992 Honda Prelude also for 500 bucks body is rough and car has a minor problem it wont stay running far as i know. Give me some ideas please.. Should i take the motor and trans out n everything else i would need to do a motor n tranny swap or should i keep the whole car n get it running fine and drive it n continue to fix it up like i am with my 91 Crx n 96 Chevy Cavalier.......... Please give me feedback on this
