2007 Grand Carvan Brake Booster

Have been experience an air noise for a while when letting off the brakes. Usually it would stop after a sec or so. Lately there is an air noise for several seconds after letting off the brakes. When the brakes are pressed the noise goes away. I have determined that the noise is coming from around the booster boot that seals to the shaft that connects to the brake peddle. I pushed the boot back towards the firewall and the noise has gone away.

Has any one else ever experienced this?

Should the booster be replaced?

How difficult is it to replace the booster?
