Question Help on removing the lower timing belt cover?

How do I exactly remove the lower timing belt cover on a 1994 Eclipse GS 2.0 N/T? Is there anything I have to remove to get the cover off, besides the bolts? It looks like a crankshaft pulley might need to come off as well, but it looks like just 4 simple bolts are holding it on. I want to remove the lower cover myself, but if it's more than just removing some nuts and bolts, I will have to find some help. I'm hoping all I have to do is remove the bolts to the cover, and temporarily remove the crankshaft pulley (putting it aside, with the belt still attached), and the lower cover will just comes right off. I don't want to mess with the drive belts too much, or anything extra like that; I'm an ex-aircraft mechanic, not an automobile mechanic. But I do what I can on my car, especially lately (times are rough with money). I definitely don't want to have to readjust something, or deal with any real complex issues as I am re-installing the cover. I'm thinking --hoping-- it will be just an easy cover swap, not too complicated.
Thanks for your help guys.

Re: Help on removing the lower timing belt cover?

As you can see in the image, there are several bolts that need removed. I figured a clear picture of the timing belt cover would help you to find them all... A few other things you will need to remove is accessory belts (Maybe just the one from the waterpump to crankshaft, can't remember if others are in the way) waterpump pulley, crankshaft pulley, and motor mount... I believe I covered everything... Sometimes once you get everything off the cover gets caught and you may have to adjust the motor up or down slightly with the jack to get it out of there.

Re: Help on removing the lower timing belt cover?

Thanks for the guidance. Sounds like I just have to remove a couple parts, which me and a friend can handle. Perfect timing too, cause I planned on swapping that motor mount bushing for a polyurethane one soon. So I get to handle a few jobs at once.

The polyurethane motor mounts make a big difference. Definitely worth the extra work while your doing this anyways.
