Installed a aftermarket radio in 2006

I have installed a aftermarket radio in my 2006 chevy silverado and now the door chime will blow your eardrums out!!! how do i get rid of this? i eaither want it normal sound or off completely

did you use the interface connector for your vehicle to this new radio ?

if you hacked into the wiring with not using this connector , what schematic did you use ?

yes i used the onstar interface with chime.

good . contact the supplier with your chime issue ...
