2005 Mustang GT left turn signal not working

My son has a 2005 Gt and the left turn signal doesn't work now. The indicator blinks real fast, but the bulb doesn't light up up front on the car. Also, the tail lights on the inside of the fixture will not light up. Changed bulbs, nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
