left turn signal not work, help please

2000 z24. My front left turn signal bulb does not glow. In dash I have left arrow glow stady when lights are on. When left turn signal is on from lever it blinks faster than normal. When turn on parking light, left turn light bulb don;n glow. so there is my problem. when turn on flasher both front and back all works fine. checked voltahe at the socket, it is fine. changed with known bood bulb but no luck. bulb is fine but no light after inserting it in socket. it should glow with parking lights on. please help

Bad ground, Corroded connection, or a faulty steering colum multi-switch. 90% of the time when it flashes faster than normal its just from an out blulb. But you said you put in a new blub?

Yes, I put a new working bulb Classicc but still no light when parking light switch is turned on. I do not think it's a multi switch because right side is turning on and working fine with multi switch and parking light switch. only problem is left side no light with parking switch turned on. Thanks for the reply, appreciated.
