Left turn signal not working

I have a 04 2.3L Duratec hatch. I have projector headlights on it that has Halo eyes. I had to splice into my turn signals electrical wire to hook them up. The have worked fine for me for about a year now. today when i went to turn on my car, i notice that my left halos were not working. Neither were my turn signals. Now my turn signal light inside my cloum cluster is constintly on. Does any one have an Idea on how i can fix it
