Left turn signal dont work pleade help

I have a 99 Gand Cherokee and the left turn signal dosent work. I put a new turn signal switch in and no help. The indicator dosent come on in the dash either. Could it be a bad ground or a broken wire? Need help I dont want to get run over. Thanx

Did you change out the turn signal flasher? I think you can swap it out with the hazard flasher to test it. If that don't work, try taking out the bulbs 1 by 1 and check for 12v at front and rear.

Thank you for the advice. My friend who is a mechanic also suggested the same and I also purchased new bulbs and tried that. My friend said there might be a left and right flasher but I contacted a dealership and they said there was only one turn signal flasher. But if you can get your head up in there I noticed there was 2 silver flashers. My friend said the other one might be the 4 way flasher he was not sure without looking it up in a book. I have to run to town and grab a flasher and I am going to try and install it this afternoon.

I have the same problem except it's intermittent.
