i am planning to rebuild a b18b what all am i going to need?

i already got the talk from moppie "if you have to ask you shouldn't do it" en just slap a turbo on it and run it till it blows
i wish um mellow i was think N/A b/c i can't afford a turbo

a machine shop for the machining, ring compressor, ring filer, torque wrench, sandpaper(put a nice crosshatch on the walls and debur thsoe valve reliefs), feeler gauge set, platigauge strips, a lot of assembly lube, etc....pretty much more than the usual I/H/E guy can handle
