I know there was another thread about this. I emailed Evolution Imports, the site where they claim they sell "legal" skylines and other cars. They emailed be back and said that their cars were legal because they bring it to the United States as parts. If you want to read the whole email, PM me and I will send it to you. They say because they brought it as parts and not as the whole car, the car itself is legal. I am like wth, but I was just wondering if thats true or if they are just pulling my leg.

Yeah I know, that's where I got my info from.

Nismo-Power -> Wrong, there are actually two now. One of them is a former employee of Motorex, so he would know all the procedures anyway. One of them is a fairly new company, and they've only got 4 of them legal in the states right now. They're located on the east coast as well, so I'll probably take a trip down and check out the R32

Re: Re: Gaining an R32

This isn't a pissfest at all. I believe Rick has proven that his R32 is plenty legal. As I know of there are 3 legal R.I's that are out...

MotorX
Emyperian
& Ramy's procedure - His R34 is still Fs...

Edit* - Gov doesn't update/keep track of there list...

you mean rick...that guy that has his reg posted in his sig? a registration doesnt mean shit. you need the release from DOT/NHSTA for the car to be legal. plenty of cars have been brought in, that have somehow gotten registrations illegally.

like i said...if you want to continue this argument, PM me or another member. spreading false information on the boards? thats a big no no, you know the amount of newbs here that read this crap. PM me, or shut it.
