ive heard many many many things about the night seven scam and some good and some bad. none of it was from AF though. i know they used to sell legit engines and other parts, but its when they decided to start scamming people with the skylines that got them in trouble.

My recommendation to you - Report the car to customs have them seize it and sell it as illegal (must be deported vehicle) If it is found that the car is Illegal the binding will be broken and he will get arrested especially with his prevous record (hyp-speaking it is nightX7)
