power tools would be a big plus,but a long breaker bar will do fine.The socket for the big nut should be 30 or 32 mm.
Plus the tools to take out the rear brakes,like 12 and 14 mm sockets with a ratchet,and a screwdriver or impact driver to take out the screws holding the disc in place.

Awesome!Ok now where do i get the a new bearings at? Pep boys ,Autozone or should i just go to the honda dealer?

A jober would be cheaper,but if you intend to keep your car for a long time,you should check the price differance and if it's not that big put the original part.
