Just got my rotors install but something is not rite?

Hey sup ppl. I just got my brake pads and rotors installed the other day ago. Before i installed the rotors...i spun the wheel and it makes a grinding noise? After everything was done..it seems ok. Then the grinding noise started come. I know its new rotors but its been doin that before i installed them. MY friend told me i might need some new wheel bearings? Oh i forgot to mention that its in the back.It makes that noise even louder when i turn right. I don't know whats wrong with it...could it be the bearings? Thanks ppl.

Sounds like wheel bearings to me. Try applying the parking brake when the noise is present. If the noise lessens or disappears, the most likely suspect is wheel bearings. If you have Dayton wheels or any aftermarket wheels with a silly offset that stick out, your wheel bearings will not last long.

lol........

I dunno ho wmuch for the back, but what about the game?

#1 and #2 defenses in the NFC. EAgles excellent against the Run, Bears just as good. Eagles, #1 secondary in football, bears.........?

Sure the bears may have had a better record, but how many OT and 4th quarter close game wins did they have? THey really didn't put a spanking on may teams this year...

Granted, it's gonna be a good game, probably rather low scoring. But I think you aren't giving the 'birds enough credit.... the Bears are over-rated...

We'll see tomorrow, remember the eagles are better on the road. And Chicago's 'tampa-bay' styl eoffense (short passes and runs) isn't going to be very effective, I don't think.

Chicago, go big or go home..... :ylsuper

Well yes the Eagles is a good team. You're wrong about the bears being over rated! People are saying that the Bears just have luck and i think thats BS! I mean look at there record..13-3! They have shut out 2 teams this year and both of them are 24-0 scores! Yes they went into overtime and didnt' beat them that bad..but the won didn't they? How did they win? ITS DEFENSE MAN!! The word luck doesn't exist in Chicago!! I think it will be a good game but i'm sticking with my prediction! Just remember Bears are under rated! Let's just enjoy the game

Oh and i am an ex Eagles fan when they had R.Cunningham, H. Walker, R.White! Oh and uumm Donovan McNabb is a Bears fan also

Bearings

I think the rear bearings are a little cheaper than the front. Somewhere around $70-$80 or so i would guess.

its not an easy job from what i hear, but pick up a haynes or chilton manual and check whats involved then decide if you can handle it or not.

You take out the wheel, the brake caliper,it's support and the disc, then you take out the little cap in the center.
Next you remove the big nut and voila, you slide the bearing assembly from the hub of the car.
If you have drums,it's even easier, you take out the wheel, the drum, the nut and bingo.
Install is reverse of removal.

the hardest part is probably going to be the removal of the big nut holding the bearing in place,it's really tight.
the rest is really easy.
