'92 with little heat
Hi;
My '92 GrandAm (3.3l) produces only a moderate amount of heat, and not nearly enough for a cold Canadian winter.... At idle, the air cools down, then gets warm again after RPM's increase. I tried installing a new Thermostat, but no improvement. I even tried placing some insulation between the exhaust pipe, and the thermostat housing, which are close to each other. Anti-freeze levels are high. Can anybody help me? Thank you. |

how much air is blowing out when you turn it up on high? might be your heater fan...not pushing enough out.

Re: '92 with little heat
Maybe your heater core is slightly plugged up. May be time for a flush.
