help about ecu replacement

My friend tried to chip his ecu on his automatic 95 integra ls from one of them chips off ebay. And broke one of the chips that he tried to desolder out. And his car doesn't even start now and its obvious its the ecu.
And now I am trying to find him a new ecu off ebay or somewhere else. But I need to know is if a PR4 ecu or a P30 ecu would work in his integra. I know that they come stock with a P75.

help please

You have to find a P75 that is OBDI be sure to get a pic of it and make sure it looks like the one I have a red box around in this pic.
