ECU gone bad, help me find replacement PLEASE

Hi everyone, I am in desperate need of help.
My ECU is dead. and my options are to get it repaired/rebuilt or buy a new one.

The part number is 37820-p28-A00

Are any other honda ecu's interchangable with this one 100%?

cheapest I could find a new one online was $499, while some other del sol ecu's (different part #) are on ebay for ~100.

what is my best option?

please help

Have you tried taking it to NAPA ? I think I saw on one of the threads that NAPA can have these sent off for re-build.

Worth a shot !
