Hi Folks,
I'm disassembling the front suspension on my hatch and I'm having a problem with the lower control arm inner pivot bolt. It appears the metal sleeve that runs though the bushing has seized to the bolt, so as I loosen the bolt the sleeve moves with the bolt and causes the attachment point to expand. Does anyone have any suggestions to solve my problem? Thanks, John |

Thats the reason why I always upgrade to the energy suspension bushing kit. Basically it's toast. You will have to cut the sleave, etc.

Funny you should mention energy suspension bushing kits, that's what I'm trying to do, along with new struts, tierods, and ball joints. I'll give it a shot and post my results. Thanks!

Re: Got a suspension problem
Here is a decent website on how to replace them all.
