Will this head make a difference?

I found this head on ebay the other day, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2463120853 .

It says it was:

Stage 2 Ported N Polished
Mild .040 for Higher Compression
Stage 2 Custom Regrinded Cam
Rev Hard Valve Springs (slr) 9,000rpm
Stock Retainters/Valves

Before I do buy it I wanna makesure he has reciepts for all these because he could just cleaned it really good. Anyways, I was going to get a rebuilt d16y8. But I was wondering if this head would make more performance. I have the basic mods on my car, jus intake, exhaust, sparkplugs, chip, injectors....would it be worth it to get this head or jus stick with the d16y8?
