From D16 To B16

I WONDER...SINCE D16A IS 1.6...IS IT OK TO JUST LEAVE THE TRANNY IN THERE ON THIS UPGRADE...FROM D16A TO B16A

no. a b series engine is only compatible with a b series transmission and vice versa.

THANKS GUYS, ITS JUST MY BOY WAS SAYING THAT IT IS POSSIBLE SINCE THEIR BOTH 1.6 L ENGINES BUT THEN I DOUBT SOHC WOULD BE COMPATIBLE WITH A DOHC
