Hesitation on Take-off

Hi. I have a 1998 Chrysler Sebring convertible (JXi, 2.5l V-6, automatic, 123,xxx miles), and I recently started having troubles with my car hesitating and jerking when I'm taking off from a dead stop. After I get moving (around 20 mph) the problem goes away and I don't notice any shaking after that. When idling it also has been shaking more (intermittent shudders) but once I'm moving there isn't an issue. The Check Engine light is not on (yet), but the oil pressure light has been on for a fair amount of time once the car is warmed up but only until I press the gas pedal (sometimes it is on regardless of how high the RPM's are on the car, but others it isn't). Anybody have any similar issues that they solved or have advice on what to do?
