I of course don't know the full story but she's proven 1 thing.
She has proven that she isn't a team player, so they might be better off without her.

The reality is if she said that she is a team worker on her resume, or application she could be sued mis-representing herself on a contract

lol, thats just how my coworkers get along. the ones that i can do that to, and joke, we're all worked together for 4.5 years. and some of them i wish i gould get some "other" footage of them.

That's cool - I have some friends that while working in corporate used to flash me thongs and show mw how hard they're nips we're. It's all good with the right people. Nowadays you have to watch for others that are watching or listening. They can put a whole world of hurt on yah! Even if it has nothing to do with them~

i agree muzzy, a buddy was fired for grabbing ass (of this sea-hag, but thats not important) she was totally cool with it, but a head clerk there who didn't like the guy at all filed a complaint against him.

On Tuesday i w/d 20 bucks and then realized that according to the reciept i had gone into the negative so i went back the bank deposited 12 to get me back on the positive side of the ledge with a note saying that i did not realize that i had gone into the negative side but since it was after the bank closed and the transaction would not be recorded to the next day i was depositing 12 dollars to get back onto the positive side of it.

I called telephone banking today and i have two w/ds of 38. and change which are not mine and i know its not an overdraft fee because they are 35.Ill have to call the bank tommorow to see who focked what up because they did this in the past they docked my account because another ladys check got credited to my accounty.

Next time deposit you $$ without the envelope - just shove it in the machine. Or deposit coins! ATMs love 'em! I'm just kidding - don't really do it. It'll only screw your deposit up. I have seen people do it many times. I've even seen people seal the envelope, insert into machine, realize the $$ wasn't in the envelope then cram the money in the slot! People are stupid - we're all doomed!!!

There are two overdraft fees on my account. What i dont understand is why the bank does not give youa phone call or headsup on the matter. No what they do then is ok he was negative so lets do it again and charge him another 38.50 overdraft. So what i dont understand is where is charging some one 77 dollars they dont have get the bank when the first w/d was after 230PM and gets credited next business day along with the deposit that gets credited next business day to cover your error. I would think if you spot the error and since it does not post to the next day it shouldnt matter especially when they have a note in their office. Ill have to wait till tommorow to get ahold of customer service down their.


Because they took the deposit of 12 dollars added onto a -3.78 balance so 9 dollars positive side then subtract 77 in overdraft fees 38.50*2 and im 68 in the hole. I dont get it.

Banks make their own rules. There fee schedule is set up so if you make a mistake it's very difficult if not impossible to recover. If you write checks for bills etc and you make a math error it could set you mega $$ in the hole.

Best thing to do to protect yourself is to have a line of credit on your account. Even $200 will keep you out of trouble. Unless you spend it liek cash - then you're no better than before!

Did a road test to see differences in mileage for trip next semester to school.21 miles back roads 23 miles main road. Ill go back roads because less fuel consumption due to only going 45-55 compared 65-80 on the main roads.

I guess I'm lucky both of my banks are real good. The one I use the most is a credit union. There have absolutely no account fees, and I get interest on the balances in my savings and checking accounts. They have overdraft protection, too. If you go over the amount in your checking, they automatically take it out of your savings, at no charge. I found that out when someone got my debit/visa card number and ran up some charges. I called the bank and reported the false charges, and they immediately credited the money back, and I never heard anything else about it. I still don't know who did it, but I have an idea. One of the charges was an $800 electric bill in a town I had worked in. We hired some local laborers, in that town. One of them was passing around counterfeit money and causing problems, and I had to fire him...... His girlfriend was the clerk at the hotel I was staying at. I used the same card to pay all my hotel expenses.

Oh yeah, I forgot mention, a few months ago I got a letter stating that they would also cover any check up to $700 over the amount in the account with no penalties.

Id be happy if they took one off. 68 or whatever in fees kills me when your only going to have a 80 dollar check on Friday.

Anywho dads surgery went well. Doctor told him he has full extension back in his arm for first time in 2 years.He'll be home Saturday then off work for minimun 8 weeks.
