Only one serious flaw in that proposal. It would include Washington DC. Where would Republic America have its capitol?

TS out (renewing passport)

I'm in. The Star Spangled Banner is so hard to sing.
Especially the high notes. Plus, Canadian coins may start working in the vending machines around here.

Re: Democrat America - the 11th Province???

Could it be time for the northeast to split from the rest of the US? Maybe California could go join our island friends in the pasific. The united republic of america can have the midwest states, we don't realy want them anyways.

While this idea is just that, an idea, (which would never see the light of day) lets say for the sake of arguement a movement starts to happen. I do not think the south as much as they would say "fine, go on ahead", in reality they know deep down inside they can't let it happen. Shoot, NY is the financial capital, Michigan is the automobile capitol, California is the botox capitol and if we leave it would be total chaos. But its a plan I would love though.

TS out (enoying the green grass on the other side, or is it tundra in Canada)
