turboing my CRX

I posted a while back on what to do next with my money. And most people said to turbo my b16. So thats basically what ive decided. A friend of mine has some stuff he said he will sell me. He said he will sell his jdm eclipse intercooler and bov for $150, and said I could get an HKS turbo manifold for a B series for around $250. He also has a T25 and he's not sure how much he wants to sell it for. The turbo is used but he's taking it to a shop to get it all checked out, so assuming the turbo is a good condition, what do you guys think is a fair price? Also, how much should I expect to pay for installation? Thanks in advance.

you will need a fuel pressure reg, blow off valve and intercooler. honda tunning did it in their new mag. you can run 4 lbs but over 6 you need a boost activated fuel regulator
