Question Tie Rod ???

My car shakes when I go higher speeds, and I think it's because I have bad tie rods. How do I tell if they are going out and how do I tell if it's the inner or outer??? Will appreciate any help.

I would look at the tires what speed rating are they and what speeds are you talking about?
