Yo

I'd go with what Daggerlee said! The tamiya silverstone metallic! But not sure may want to look on tamiya website or ask your hobby store.

It is likely that the car is painted with a color to mimic one of the factory colors the S2000 comes in, you may want to check out Honda's website to see if there is this color shown as one of the options, or at least a color that is close to this.
Then you would at least have a good starting reference.
BTW, why wouldn't it be sprayed with acryllics?
Besides the fact that Tamiya do make Enamel paints too, I have some Tamiya kits that call out for a combination of Acryllic/Enamel colors to be used to achieve a specific body color.
It is possible that the paint mix Dan has given you there is correct, but Tamiya airbrushed the model with their enamel paints as opposed to using their acryllics.

A lot of people use automotive paint on their models and it does come out well, it should obviously be polished and everything like any other paint to get a high gloss finish.

Something to remember about Auto paint is that you will HAVE to completely primer the body to protect the plastic.

Do a forum search on automotive lacquers and I am sure you will get many results and possible tips on how to use them on models.
