Arrow gsx vs evo 6?

hey guy si was just wondering what the difference in hp, price, and ect is between the evo 6 motor and gsx motor.

wow... minnesota, an eclipse question, and an oddball one.

the evo 6 motor is the same, all evo's use the 4g63. there are different states of tune, which you'd have to specify.

no crankwalk issues in JDM motors though... not a huge deal here, but non existent there.

The evo 6 is mounted opposite as compared to the GSX motor and they are not interchangeable. The Evo motor has something like 270 hp, the Eclipse has 210 or 190 depending on the year. Different turbo, different just about everything.

The only reason why the HP figures are lower on the the GSX's is becuase of the smaller OEM equipment that came on the motor (Turbo, Injectors, FMIC). Another difference is in the Head design, us DSMers got jipped. All the runners seem to be a little bigger on the EVO, yet the first Gen DSM's are blessed in having better runners to begin with. Both cars can handle the same amount of HP's Reguardless what you read. Oh, and by the way, EVO's do crank walk. They have the same 7bolt that we do. I have a couple of friends in japan that have told me so.
