89 Firebird TA Injection / Ignition problem
Brief History - I placed an 89 TA injection system in my 79 C-20 2 years ago.
My truck is missing erratically at all rpm ranges however my problem is worse when I accelerate. I then replaced my distributor my problem ceased for about a week and has now resumed even worse than before. What could be wrong??? If you have any ideas I appreciate them. If needed I can give more detailed information. |

check your coil. put an ohm meter to it.... the primary should be about 1 ohm and the secondary about 6-12k ohms. Usually if the primary side goes the engine won't run. But the secondary could break down and still run even if it reads as high as a meg.
