Interio Question - Replacing material in the door panels
Has anybody ever replaced the material section of the door panels? I know you have to take the door panel apart. Just wondering how easy it is to put it back together and stuff. I'm replacing the carpet with yellow vinyl.

I did some custom speaker pods in my 91 si doors. Seperating the upper part from the lower part is the worst part cause they are plastic melted rivets. You need to separate these and remember you have to put them back together somehow. I work with vinyl on a weekly basis and the next time I do what you’re doing I’m probably taking them to an interior shop.
no pics though.sorry
