These new srt-4's are scaring me
It runs 14.1 (correct me if I'm wrong), it's turbo, and it's $20,000. What scares me the fact that this thing will probably do 11's steet legal with the exeption of nitrous. Turbo upgrade, downpipe/exaust, tires, striped interior, nitrous...... 11's??? What do you guys think?

As long as intelligent, rational drivers are at the wheel I welcome the company. What scares me is the price tag - hopefully not too many hotheads will be behind the wheel of these pocket rockets.

Dodge had an upgraded turbo kit before the SRT-4 was even released. I am so glad that Dodge decided to turbocharge their four bangers again.

It is very possible for an 11 sec SRT4. The front mount intercooler leaves endless tuning possibilities. The only draw back is that in order to get a larger turbo in there, the whole exhaust manifold has to be changed out. Dodge decided to integrate the turbo into the exhaust manifold. There aren't any aftermarket exhaust manifolds for this application yet, but rest assured they are on the way.
