I got Brembo blanks from Nopi for $17.50/each...and they stop just as well with AEM pads as anything else I have ever had...
I got tired of wasting my money on $75 a piece Powerslots and OEM rotors from Majestic and shit  Where is your option for "neither" -

you dont want cross drilled they will warp get slotted if you HAVE 2
but dont get slotted/cross drilled they will warp even faster than cross drilled ones blanks are actually the BEST (speccially the brembo blanks) they are cheep and if you put a GOOD brake pad on they will ROCK!!! You will stop just as fast specially if you put teg disk brakes on it will be even better (90-93 teg brakes) go that way u will be much happier than some stupid rotor that will warp often if you brake really hard plus if it does u will be out of $$$ VS. a $20 rotor get it??

Yeah what they said. Get brembo blanks. Can't comment on the price from nopi.com as I haven't bought brakes for the civic but the price looks good and I buy plain ol brembos for my other car over a wide variety of models. They will work just as good or better.
Cross drilled will crack at the holes eventually and slotted will just eat up your pads as they are designed to "clean" the face of the pad as they go around. Both are basically for looks (some racing apps for the slotted with the cleaning) now days as street (most race I think) pads do not "gas" like they used to back in the day thus there isn't the need for the venting of drilling and slotting. A rotor is a heat sink so you want as much metal there to absorb heat as possible to avoid warpage. I have heard many a club racer say you need nothing more than blanks with good brake ducting. If they want to step up they will go to a rotor with a seperate aluminum "hat" for weight and heat transfer or a cryo frozen rotor. Most agree you don't really need them but for that last nth of performance. If you think your rotors are warped they may be but might also just have pad transfer on them. A couple of hard stops such as you do for pad bedding in might clear it right up...then again maybe not. Something to check though.

Didn't mean to screw up your poll...but the other dudes are right as well. My 4g Civic eats thru rotors something awful. The $17 ones work as well and last as long as the $75 or $100 ones, so I stopped wasting money.  I also like the idea of a Teg brake upgrade...The EX sedan has the same brakes up front as the 90-93 Teg I think (14"+ wheels needed to fit around 'em), but only the 90-91 CRX Si came with disc brakes in the rear..However, ALL 90-93 Tegs came with them so they are a direct bolt on to replace our sorry-ass drum brake Civics, and 90-93 Tegs are more abundant than EX (sedan) Civics for a front brake upgrade...Tegs also have a larger mast cylinder and stuff under the hood.. I was on the verge of blowing some cash on eBay for crossdrilled and slotted rotors. I'll look for brembo blanks. Flunky PS-This frees up more money for NECESSARY upgrades...like MPFI!

Ive got black diamond x-drilled discs all round... i notice a slight improvement on braking but thats with standard pads., will have to upgrade my pads soon
I'd say if they work better than OE then go for it, u'll always have to stop!

I got the slotted/dimpled EBC rotors and green stuff pads and they kick ass. They look really nice and there was a major brakin improvement. I also have steel braided brake lines, just havent installed them yet. But anyways, EBC is badass.

I have the EBC disks and pads like branman.
Whatever you get make sure the pads are compatible with the rotors. Some manufacturers say not to use some brake compunds with their rotors. Personally, next time I'm going smooth.

Blanks are the best because they have the most surface area. Slotted and crossdrilled have little to no use on modern street cars because the slots are designed to release gas however modern pads dont produce much to be a problem. Hardcore race cars can use them because they cool faster, but unless your Civic runs in F1 or JGTC its a waste of money.

Brembo blanks are very cost effective. The powerslots are nice and I have them but I would have probably been stopping just as well with the brembo blanks.
