lol i dont think you can, that would be way too tiny, actually the lowest you could go is to get 13's with very low pros and then coilovers and slam it, i think you would be hittin the ground

The "proper" tire size for stock steelies is 175/70R/13 .

However, I think you can safely go up to 185 width, and I believe there are some manufacturers that may offer 185s in 60 series.

Another option is to pick up some 14" steelies off a newer Civic from a junkyard or E-bay, then I know you have better options for lower profile tires..my Dad's DelSlow has 185/60R/14s on it.

That is my personal preference...those are '01 & newer. I would like a set of those or some '99-00 Si or 5-spoke GSR's

....and it will be awful to drive.

You should be able to get stock 14" steel wheels for almost free. 185-60-14 is the tire size.

get some 15"steel rims from a honda dealer. they usually have them sitting around, and sell them off cheap. I acually got mine free for doing the parts guy a favor. I put 195/50/15 on them and use them for the winter. the 15" steel rim you want is from a 2001-up civic EX coupe.
