Operation Kick "Bin Laden's ass" has begun!

President George W. Bush on Sunday said the United States has begun retaliatory strikes in Afghanistan for terrorist attacks on September 11. "There can be no peace in a world of terror," he said in a televised speech to the nation. There were reports of explosions in Kabul and Kandahar Sunday night, as flashes of light were seen from a distance.

No, this is a war, hence why the "Military" is involved. Plus it was declared an act of war by our great leader George "dubya" Bush.
The national guard is invoked to act as police on the homefront.

well you said that it's a war because the military is involved... but the military was involved in korea and vietnam too.... and like 100,000+ people died in those
they should have been wars

i'm not reading anything, i just remember from history last year... getting taught this and watching a video of people that were in Korea and they weren't getting the recognition of veterans because it wasn't considered a war, even though if it was considered a war it would have been one of the biggest of the century... probably 3rd after WW1 and WW2
