Better Millage, More HP?

What do you think of this. I met the sales rep guy at importfest. It sounds Ok but a little fishy.

actualy they are, but I don't think the millage filter works. The spoiler actually looks pretty cool and unique(it looks nothing like the ones on the page). But I thought you guys wanted a good laugh anyways.
