You may have a fuel pressure regulator that is blown out.

Yeah, since it is flooding itself. Or the fuel pump is messed up. either that or your motor is about to go.

I replaced the fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, and all the vacuum lines. The computer says troublecode "32". Does anyone know how to clear diagnostic troublecodes?

Its got more detail than i can explain, but i took the time to find this for you so that you can read through it carefully. This might help your problem.

I know it's kind of late but I had the same problem on my 1989 Bonneville and found that the ignition coil pack was bad. You can test it by disconnecting the coil pack from the engine and using an ohm meter compare the resistance between the three pairs of coils. If you find one pair that is noticeably different then the coil pack is bad.
