Looking for gas Shocks!!

I have recently dropped my 94 Civic 2.25F and 2.0R and have upgraded to gas struts but still get the unwanted bounce. What type of gas shocks should I get to stop this?

I got Neuspeed Springs and just the stock shocks right now and was wondering if I should upgrade, if so what would be good to go with.
Thanks for the help!!

more than anything else it depends on your budget and the intended use of the car. If it just a modded street machine any one of a number of shocks will do...

lower end

Tokico blues (HP)
Koni reds
KYB GR-2

these are all about $66-$85 per shock/strut

higher end

Tokico Illumina
Bilstein Sport
Koni yellows
KYB AGX (may not be your best choice)

these are all about $90-$120 per shock/strut

the advantage of the second set is that are adjustable (with the exception of the bilsteins), though some more than others

quite frankly any one of these will be better than stock

just do the footwork and search the net for the best price, it will always be cheaper than walk in retail

also try www.groupbuycenter.com

I've already gotten the gas struts in the front and the back. Still the car bounces quite a bit for being lowered so will this stable the car and improve handling and performance. Appreciate the help with this!!

Wink struts now springs

:smoka:
OK....OK....now that I have settled on struts comes the siiue of springs. I didn't want toslowe my car but i saw a max today that was a sweet ride. now I am willing to lower it just a tad. maybe 1.5 inches. Which is the best springs? I have heard of problem with ebachs and tokicos. I am thinking of coil overs fo rthe adjustmets benifits for winter driving. Thoughts from the great car guru of the forum?
