Good settings for KYB AGXs?

I have KYB AGX shocks and I was wondering what settings work best for specific driving conditions like city, highway, track, bumpy, smooth, etc.

you know doing that puts alot of stress on the seals and internals which will wear out your shocks quicker? I leave mine all soft so I don't kill my shocks
