KYB AGX Settings

I just got 4 Kyb Agx struts for my 98' civic. I am lowering it on a set of Skunk2 Adjustable Coilovers. What is a good all around setting to have the front and rear struts set at? I have a couple of subs in the back to when I am not racing, sowhat is a good around town and highway to and from work setting??

lately i have just been leaving mine on 1. but i just got my new wheels so i will prob turn up for a while but then they will go back to one or 2. the lower the setting the longer i think your shock should last
