Re: I wanna Install an RPM to my mirage

I installed a Tachometer on my 99 mirage, its very
easy. The yellow cable goes all the way to the battery and hook it up to the possitive+. The red cable goes to the ignition. The black cable to the ground-. The green cable goes to the white cable that is next to the distributor. Its the only white cable next to it. If you want E-mail me at [email protected] and ill gladly take pictures of how I installed it. The only hard part was installing that one cable that tells you the RPM's, everything else is easy

OK i have the easiest way for the rpm signal there is a wire with a connector hooked to nothin that should be taped to the outside of a thick bundle of wires goin into the firewall on the left side if your facing the cars front. the connector is blue or brown and the wire is white and has groy dashes on it. connect the tach rpm signal to that and the rest should be simple enough.
