91 prelude Fuse box is in Japanese

I've got a blown fuse in the under hood passenger side fuse control box, the problem is that it is all in japanese so i'm not sure what circuit to troubleshoot. If i'm standing on the passenger side looking down at the box there is i believe the ECM FUSE , which is a 20 amp fuse and then there is a 15 amp fuse(this one is the blown one) the writing on the box is all in japanese can someone tell what circuit this is? Or somewhere to find this out.
thanks in advance.

I did replace it and it blew again, so there is a short somewhere in that circuit. I actually took my battery out to give it a charge and it sparked which was not right, so i took it in to get it tested and it was a bad battery, so i got a new one and my fuse hasn't blown so i guess i don't really need to know but i am still curious as to what circuit it was just in case. thanks.
